### Why another EQ? Because this one does the other jobs too.
Mixing engineers stack plugins: an EQ, then a dynamic EQ, then a stereo widener, then a mono-bass tool. FireSonic FireEQ collapses that stack into one interface. It is a full-featured equalizer with dynamics (the Magic knob) and stereo imaging (per-band Side/Mid + Sidekill) built in — so a single insert handles tone, movement, and width. Yours for €49.99 instead of €110 (55% off).
### Magic: dynamics without the compressor
The Magic knob is FireEQ’s headline trick. It applies complex dynamic processing that evens out the sound — quiet details come forward, harsh peaks settle back — essentially a multiband compressor disguised as one knob. Paired with Depth (overall processing amount) and Dark/Bright (global tilt EQ), you can reshape a track’s entire feel in seconds before touching a single band.
### Eight bands, each stereo-aware
The 8-band graphic EQ covers 100 Hz–12 kHz in octave steps with ±12 dB faders. Every band’s Side/Mid knob sets how much of the band hits the mid signal versus the sides — cut mud from the center while keeping width, or add air to the sides without thinning the vocal. Few EQs at any price offer this.
### Analog shelves, intelligent low-cut
The low shelf (30–450 Hz) and high shelf (1.5–16 kHz) emulate vintage analog EQs with ±16 dB of smooth gain. The low-cut filter (0–500 Hz) offers five slopes (6/12/24/36/48 dB/oct), and Sidekill restricts the cut to the side signal — low end becomes mono, tight, and safe on every playback system.
### Trust what you hear
AGC (Automatic Gain Compensation) matches output to input loudness, defeating the “louder sounds better” trap. A/B compare, Copy, undo/redo, ±12 dB output trim, and precise in/out metering keep decisions honest. 64-bit internal processing runs up to 192 kHz and beyond; the GUI is photorealistic and resizable.

### FAQ
What does FireEQ do? It’s a dynamic EQ by FireSonic combining 8-band EQ, per-band Mid/Side, Magic dynamic processing, Dark/Bright tilt, and a Sidekill low-cut.
What is the Dark/Bright control? A global tilt filter: turn it one way for a darker, warmer mix, the other for brightness and air — without touching individual bands.
Is Sidekill the same as a normal high-pass? No — Sidekill high-passes only the stereo (side) signal, so bass frequencies stay mono while the cut still removes rumble from the sides.
Which formats and OS versions? VST/VST3/AU/AAX; macOS 10.10+, Windows 8+.
Does it require iLok or a dongle? No — activation is via license file.
How will I receive my files? The store provides your download and license information after purchase.
